Facilities overview

Our staff are trained and able to assist our residents in all of the functions necessary for ordinary daily life. Once you have seen our facilities you may find that specialised nursing care is not necessary. The timely intervention of our care staff may be all that is required.

We know that a lot of people are confused by the differences between nursing care homes and residential care homes for the elderly, so please get in touch and we would be happy to discuss whether nursing care is, in fact, required.

We welcome visitors to look round our care facilities and meet the staff and see for themselves the standard of care we offer. Please contact us to arrange to view our care home.

Exercise

The beneficial effect of exercise to promote mental alertness and physical health is well-documented in all circles. At Warrendale Cottage , daily “Arm Chair Exercises” take place regularly and are very popular amongst the residents and any unsuspecting visitors!
