Warrendale residential home is situated on the outskirts of Broughton, 5 miles from Chester in the beautiful Welsh countryside. It is owned by Mrs Marjorie Kirby who is also the Registered Manager, Miss Sarah Kirby is her Deputy. The Managers all hold NVQ Level 4 Registered Managers Award. The home has exceptionally friendly and caring staff. Warrendale is a progressive, modern thinking, family run organisation.

‘We care’

We believe in the principles that Warrendale should be a ‘Home from Home’ for all our residents’ personal needs. We provide residential, respite and day care for both males and females over the age of 65 years.

We are monitored by, and strive continually to meet and surpass, the National Standards for Care Homes in Wales (CSSIW).

The home has been established since 1997. In 2008 a large extension was completed with an extra 7 bedrooms all with en-suite facilities, plus a large concert room, lift and hair salon.

Warrendale is set in lovely landscaped gardens with paved safe walking area all available to residents. There are two summer houses (which are heated so can be used in the winter months too) with a large patio area (and barbeque) for residents overlooking the lawn and garden areas.
